Kansas Practice - Evening
The Kansas Practice Course bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. This course provides real-world scenarios, transaction management strategies, and best practices tailored to Kansas regulations, helping you feel confident and prepared for success in the field.
The Practice Course is required before application for license can be made. There is no real estate exam to take after this course. The certificate of completion goes with the application paperwork. The Practice Course teaches hands-on information about being a real estate agent. The student will learn how to work with contracts, financing, how to work with buyers and sellers, agency, etc.
