Kansas Salesperson Practice Course
This is another required course in the Kansas licensing process. We recommend taking this class after completing the 30-hour Principles of Real Estate course. To enroll, do the following:- Obtain your Pre-License Number from the Kansas Real Estate Commission.
- Submit your PL Number to Career Education Systems so your completion can be reported to the Commission.
- Enroll in the 30-hour Kansas Salesperson Practice Course.
You cannot receive a completion certificate for this course until your PL number is on file. Your course completion will be reported to the Kansas Real Estate Commission. After receiving an email from the Kansas Real Estate Commission, you may submit your licensing application.

- Submit your PL number to Career Education Systems
- Enroll in the Kansas Salesperson Practice Class
- Meet the Kansas fingerprinting requirements: https://www.krec.ks.gov/applicants/fingerprinting
Course Information:
- This course is presented in an audio/visual format and includes 6 chapters.
- You may exit and return at any time.
- You must pass a 50-question final quiz with a score of 90% or higher. If you do not pass on your first attempt, an alternate version of the quiz will be available.
- IMPORTANT: You must submit your PL number to CES before your course completion can be reported to the Kansas Real Estate Commission.
- Your certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of completion.
