This course is a required part of the Kansas and Missouri salesperson licensing process.

For Kansas licensing, we recommend taking this class after completing the 30-hour Principles of Real Estate course. To enroll, do the following:

1. Apply for your Prelicense (PL) Number
2. Submit your PL number to Career Education Systems
3. Enroll in the Kansas Salesperson Practice Class
4. Meet the Kansas fingerprinting requirements: https://www.krec.ks.gov/applicants/fingerprinting

For Missouri licensing, this course is required after completing the Missouri 48-hour Pre-Exam Course:

1. Complete the 48-hour Pre-exam course
2. Pass the test
3. complete a 24-hour Practice course
4. Meet Missouri fingerprinting requirements

Practice Course Information:

• This course is presented in an audio/visual format and includes 6 chapters.
• You may exit and return at any time.
• You must pass a 50-question final quiz with a score of 90% or higher. If you do not pass on your first attempt, an alternate version of the quiz will be available.
• IMPORTANT: You must submit your PL number to CES before your course completion can be reported to the Kansas Real Estate Commission.
• Your certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of completion.
